OFFICIAL SPORTS RELEASE 2025 World Strongman Championship
The International Union “World Strongman” with the support of the AMK & SCANDALIST ENERGY DRINK, are honored to invite you to participate in the 2025 World Strongman Championship, which will take place on December 21, 2025, at the KICKERS Garden in Dubai Sports City, UAE.

Competition Format:
The championship will feature two main relays – Lift and Carry, within which athletes will compete in the following disciplines:
– Stone (sand bag) 140 kg over bar – 3 repetitions
– Dumbbell 70 kg lift – 3 repetitions
– Axel Deadlift – 3 repetitions
– Log 120 kg lift – 3 repetitions
– Yoke race – 15 m
– Farmer’s walk, 2×125 kg- 15 m
– Tyres flips – 15 m
